Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Standard, non-custom pots in new condition
- Items with proof of purchase
- Products returned in original packaging
Items Not Eligible
- Custom orders or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items with signs of use, damage, or modification
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items when stock is available. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos so we can make things right quickly.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
